Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our products are digital downloads, they cannot be "returned" once accessed. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

Digital Products

All sales of PDF patterns are final once the file has been downloaded, as is standard practice for digital goods (EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m)). By completing your purchase you acknowledge this policy.

When We Will Issue a Refund

• You purchased the same pattern twice by accident.
• The file is corrupt or impossible to open and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• You were charged but never received a download link and we cannot resolve it.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
